plannotator 是一个本地运行、基于浏览器的审查界面，用于对 AI 编程代理生成的计划、代码 diff 和工件进行可视化批注，并通过钩子和命令接入代理，将结构化反馈发回。

项目概览

它把终端里滚过的代理计划和 diff 变成可批注的浏览器界面，且批准或拒绝决定会作为结构化反馈回传给代理；一个安装器可自动检测并配置 Claude Code、Codex、Copilot CLI、Gemini CLI 等多种主流编程代理。

使用 AI 编程代理（如 Claude Code、Codex、Copilot CLI、Gemini CLI、OpenCode、Kiro、Droid、Amp、Pi）并希望以可视化方式批注计划与 diff、把结构化反馈发回代理的开发者。
希望在本地浏览器中审查计划、markdown、HTML 工件和多种 Git 工作流（Git、GitButler、Jujutsu、Perforce）改动的用户。

代理通过 ExitPlanMode 提出计划时，浏览器打开审查界面；用户批注并批准或拒绝，结构化反馈发回代理。
在 diff 查看器中审查本地未提交改动、远程 GitHub PR 和 GitLab MR；评论回传给代理；支持 Git、GitButler、Jujutsu、Perforce。
批注本地 markdown 文件，浏览并批注文件夹，或通过斜杠命令或 CLI 抓取并批注任意 URL。
批注和审查渲染后的 HTML 工件，可选择按原样渲染 HTML。
列出活动会话，在浏览器中重新打开会话，并只读浏览已保存的计划决定。
一个安装器自动检测已安装的代理（Claude Code、Codex、Copilot CLI、Gemini CLI、OpenCode、Kiro、Droid、Amp、Pi）并配置钩子、技能和斜杠命令。
默认关闭的 Vim 控制配置，提供语义导航、可视化选择，以及计划视图和批注视图的可选 HUD。

难度较低：单个 curl/PowerShell 安装器，自动检测代理并配置钩子，计划审查无需命令。首次成功路径：运行 curl -fsSL https://plannotator.ai/install.sh | bash，触发代理计划模式，浏览器打开审查界面，然后批注并批准或拒绝。使用过程不需要编写代码。
