如何开始
macOS/Linux 可用 brew install gentleman-programming/tap/gentle-ai 或 curl 安装脚本；Windows 路线是通过 go install 的源码安装，需要 Go 1.25.10+。随后运行 gentle-ai 选择智能体、组件和角色，再运行 gentle-ai doctor（只读）进行验证。
